Personal data applications and data subject rights.
Requests under Turkish Law No. 6698 are first directed to the controller. This page establishes the structure of rights and application content, while the formal channel must be completed before launch.

How should an application be prepared?
- Name, surname and signature for a written application
- Turkish identity number for citizens, or nationality and passport or identity number for other applicants
- Address for service
- Email, telephone and fax details where applicable
- A clear and identifiable request
Identity verification data should remain proportionate to the request. Sensitive documents should not be sent through general email unless necessary.
Formal channel and response time.
Requests may be sent in writing, through registered electronic mail, secure electronic or mobile signature, an email address previously registered with the controller, or a dedicated application system. The controller should resolve a request as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on its nature.

General questions about the legal texts may be directed to info@hornpiper.com. This address will not be presented as the formal KVKK application address until the controller identity and authorized channel are verified.
