Connect revenue operations to reliable data.

We connect CRM, BI and automation to one revenue flow. Design sales stages, data quality, team responsibilities and the customer lifecycle together, then build the technology they need.

Where do we come in?

  • Sales forecasts rely on individual judgement and reports disagree.
  • Follow-up, handoffs and ownership become unclear after demand arrives.
  • CRM, finance and customer operations use disconnected records.

What we work on.

The initial assessment defines priorities and deliverables. Not every engagement needs all the areas below.

Revenue operations

Define the stages, transition criteria and team responsibilities across sales and the customer lifecycle.

Concrete output
Process map, ownership and follow-up rules

Data, analytics and BI

Connect commercial events to shared metrics. Treat data quality, forecast error and the decision at hand as parts of the same problem.

Concrete output
Data dictionary, metric model and decision views

CRM and integration

Build the ERP and operational connections your revenue flow requires. Include identity matching, error handling and controlled data transfers.

Concrete output
Tested data flows and operational records

Automation and agents

Automate repetitive work with explicit task scope, cost, quality and permission controls. Deploy Hornpiper products where they fit the workflow.

Concrete output
Working tasks, approval points and audit records

Keep the opportunity traceable.

Common questions

Is Hornpiper a CRM or ERP integrator?

No. CRM and relevant ERP connections are used to solve a defined revenue system problem. General IT implementation is outside the scope.

Does every process need an agent?

No. An agent is useful only when it reduces repeat decision load, has sufficient data and produces auditable results.

Are onboarding, renewal and expansion included in every engagement?

No. These layers activate for subscription, repeat-purchase or long-term customer-value models. Scope follows the company’s revenue model.

How is responsibility shared during and after implementation?

Hornpiper designs, builds and tests the agreed data, CRM, integration, BI and automation work. Your team provides source access, process owners and acceptance decisions. Post-launch operation, error monitoring and support scope are agreed separately.

What do we track beyond a working implementation?

Depending on the need, we track record completeness and consistency, handoff time, forecast error or the review effort automation requires. We record the starting point and agree acceptance measures with business and data owners. Tool adoption or task volume alone does not establish a revenue contribution.
